Finished with fresh, locally sourced toppings (often from our own garden!), lovingly made from scratch.

Our unique wood fired oven, built by local hands.

Our trailer is self-contained. We find wherever we set up, we gather an audience, who love to watch the large pizza oven ablaze, and our hands-on pizza crafting. Everything is on display! And the aromas are incredible when we get cooking.
We use only the freshest ingredients, sourced as locally as possible. And our pizza dough and Napolitana sauce are made from an age old traditional Italian recipe (Really!!), on the day for each event.
